What type of stands are available?

  • There are banner stands which pack away into a shoulder bag. They are erected by pulling the top of the rolled up banner out of the base and supporting it using a supplied pole.
  • There are curved pop-up stands designed to fit into a typical exhibition booth 3m x 3m. These are put up by the contractor.
  • There are bespoke exhibition stands made from stock panelling. These are put up by the contactor. You need to brief the contractor who will provide a CAD drawing and a quote.

Can I arrange for the stands to be delivered to the venue?

Vector Display offers a service to put stands up for the LSC at any venue and take them down after the event, on your behalf. The pop-up stands and the modular systems are always put up by the contractor. The banner stands can be delivered via TNT to any LSC office for you to take to a venue and put up yourself. Using this service the banners must be taken down by you and returned to an LSC office for TNT to collect a couple of days after the event.

What is the procedure for ordering?

You will need to get in touch with Vector Display a month before your event either via email or phone. If you need to use the modular stand then a two or three month lead time is preferable. The banners can be delivered with as little as a week’s notice.

What do I do if the stands I want are not available or if none of the stock designs are appropriate?

New graphics can be made up for you. Designs can be created within the brand guidelines. Please provide two weeks for processing new designs. Contact Vector Display for further details. It is likely that Vector Display will have taken similar briefs to yours in the past and they can provide suggestions which have worked for others.

What does it cost?

See the link to the left.

Are there special arrangements for a series of events or a Road show?
Vector Display will manage the logistics of transporting and erecting display equipment for a series of events. They can for example fit in the morning and return in the afternoon to take the stands down.
